I love cooking and I love people. A restaurant is where I always wanted to be.
But without people, a restaurant is just a place. I want where I am to be unique. Special. A restaurant becomes special when guests, cooks, servers and suppliers all come together through a shared respect and passion for people and food. I like to think of Super Hiro’s as a restaurant that connects people and culture through Japanese cuisine.
As a chef, I am always challenging myself to do better – to evolve. I challenge myself every day to make my customers happy. I also dream of making the world a better, more peaceful place. I hope to realize that dream, little by little, through this special place.

The whole world got affected by the COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
But, everybody overcame a lot of difficulties in 2020.
Same as us.
However, we are strong and we have a challenge spirit.
